In Klötze in the Altmark, a case of animal torture causes a stir. According to the police, footage from a surveillance camera shows that a man has passed sexually on a horse.

GRAZ. The operator of a horse farm in the West Styria is being investigated for serious fraud. They are said to have resold the old, sick animals profitably.
