Governor Denny Tamaki and Co-Chairs Appeal for Peace on the Day of Okinawa's Return to Japan at 5/15 Prefectural Assembly in Chatan Town

At a prefectural assembly held on May 17th at Agre Stadium Chatan in Mihama, Chatan Town, to mark May 15th, the day Okinawa was returned to Japan, Governor Denny Tamaki and members of the Diet elected from Okinawa spoke out in front of participants from all over the country who had completed the Peace March, about their thoughts on peace born from the lessons learned from the Battle of Okinawa.
