Thousands of locations were hit with a power outage in Quinte West and west-end Belleville on Thursday afternoon. Hydro One says the lights went out for 3,625 customers around 2:30 pm. The affected area stretches from RCAF Road/CFB Trenton in the west to the western edge of Belleville and from the south side of Dundas Street/Old Highway 2 up to the 401.
