On 24 April 2025, the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued two decisions: in the first decision, it refused to suspend arrest warrants against Israeli leaders (its current Prime Minister and its now former defence minister); and in another decision, it maintained both arrest warrants and accepted part of Israel ' s appeal against the same decision of the Pre-Trial Chamber.
