The Jackson Premium Outlets in Ocean County were briefly evacuated Friday afternoon while police investigated a report of an explosive device at the 70-store outdoor shopping center, authorities said.All employees and customers were evacuated around 3:30 p.m. and no injuries were reported, according to a statement from the Jackson Police Department.
