Jérôme Durain, Senator PS: On Drug Trafficking, "The Visit to Le Havre Was a Shock to Me"

Jérôme Durain, Senator PS de Saône-et-Loire, chaired the Senate commission of inquiry into drug trafficking in France, of which LR Étienne Blanc was the rapporteur. On 14 May 2024, they submitted their report in almost general indifference. A year later, the law which has just been adopted takes up all their proposals.
