MONROE, CT --- Monroe police detectives arrested a 15-year-old juvenile for allegedly sending threatening emails to Masuk High School and Board of Education staff near the end, or after school hours, on Thursday. The investigation of the emails led to the identification of the device and IP address, from which the threatening emails originated from.
