KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The United States Department of Justice says that a man from Kansas City, Missouri has been convicted for his role in a murder-for-hire plot in 2021 and 2022. The DOJ says that Thomas Clegg, 42, was found guilty by a jury in a conspiracy to commit murder-for-hire.
