West London parents have called on their local council to u-turn on plans to close 12 children’s centres in the borough. Lambeth Council battles to maintain high quality primary school education as pupil numbers plummet

The big drop in pupils in Lambeth continues to have impacts on primary schools in the borough, with the number of children starting reception classes falling by more than 1,000 over the last 10 years.
