HAMLIN, WV (WOWK)-- Lincoln County is gaining a new resource for taking care of our four-legged friends and giving strays a forever home. The Friends of Animals, Lincoln County (FOALC), is partnering with the Lincoln County Memorial Fairgrounds to build and maintain an animal shelter on the fairground property.
