Local fundraiser looking to lift spirits and raise money for vital children's program

Now in its fourth year, Lifting for a Cause will hold its annual fundraiser on Saturday, May 31, 2025. Lifting begins at 10:30 am at the Training Room, located at 1608 10th Avenue in Sidney. There will be competitions in Push-Pull, Deadlift, and Chest Press. Each participant gets three attempts. You must register by May 16, 2025, to be guaranteed a t-shirt.
