Drummond Joins Coalition Defending Against Vermont Climate Superfund Act

Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond has joined a 24-state coalition to stop the implementation of a Vermont law which would levy fines against energy producers. The law fines coal, oil and natural gas suppliers for greenhouse gas emissions from 1995 to 2024.
