Lux Vide boss Luca Bernabei is exiting the firm he joined more than three decades ago, with Fremantle upping its 70% stake to 100%. Bernabei, whose father Ettore Bernabei co-founded Lux Vide in 1992, joined The Medici, Costiera and Sandokan producer in 1994 as an associate producer and worked his way up to CEO in 2013.
