300 Refugees Before Moving to the Former Patton Hotel: Sharp Criticism From the Municipal Council

The Landratsamt plans to accommodate 300 Ukrainians in the Patton complex. The majority of the municipal council is opposed to this solution. The district authority adheres to its actions.

There were riots in Uden last month after a demonstration against the arrival of the asylum seekers' centre.

The municipal council of Maashorst has approved plans for housing different groups of people at three locations. According to the plans, three hundred asylum seekers will be housed in Uden. Earlier, there were violent protests at information meetings about the proposal.
