A man was arrested this Friday after he allegedly assaulted and threw his partner’s mascot from a second floor. The events occurred in the San Juanita urbanization in Bayamón. According to preliminary information, the puppy died. At the moment, it is investigated as a violation of Law 54 and animal abuse.
