A 20-year-old Denver-area man has been arrested and accused of giving a Longmont teen alcohol before sexually assaulting her last month. Elquin Garcia Fajardo, who allegedly has used the alias “Jonathan Garcia,” is charged of child sexual assault and second-degree contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
