The Secretary of Security and Citizen Protection, Omar García Harfuch, reported that members of the Navy killed 12 suspected criminals during a strong confrontation in Michoacán, as part of an inter-agency operation against an organized crime group.

An operative in Huitzontla, Michoacán, ended up in confrontation, leaving 12 assailants dead, 3 members of the Navy injured and 9 criminals arrested.
