ROCHESTER — The Med City Marathon was first run in 1996, and attracted some 400 runners. It’s been an annual tradition in the Med City, interrupted only twice, one by excessive heat, in 2018, and again in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The 2021 race was held in September, moved from its normal May date, again due to COVID.
