Most of Westphalia: VfL-Leichtathletes Successful in the Westphalian Block Competitions

In Hagen, the Westphalian championships were held in the block competition for the age classes U16. Block competition always consists of 100 m, 80 m hurdles and wide jump. Discipline four and five consist of high jump and spear (block sprint/jump), ball throw and 200 m (block run) or ball and discus (block throw).
