Mrs. Sylvia Jean Jones Sweatt, age 88, of Lindale

Mrs. Sylvia Jean Jones Sweatt, age 88, of Lindale, passed away on Monday, May 12, 2025, at a local hospital. Mrs. Sweatt was born in Rome, Georgia on June 23, 1936, daughter of the late John Henry Jones and the late Georgia Esther Lanham Jones. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Ray Sweatt. Mrs. Sweatt was a graduate of Rome High School and was of the Baptist faith. Source
