Thesauros and the City Develop 157,000 Sqm in the North of Cologne

The city of Cologne has found a development partner for a further 10 ha at Brownfield Fusion Cologne. By 2035, the former refinery will become a modern location for logistics and industry.

New construction (logistics real estate): At the heart of the industrial district "Fusion Cologne" in Cologne, the two multilevel real estates will in future offer logistics service providers, manufacturing companies and research and development a new home.
