Murder of a Person in Kotor Prevented - Three Serbs Arrested in Montenegro

Montenegrin police in Kotor have arrested three Serbian citizens who, allegedly, on the orders of a Montenegrin citizen from Niksic, formed a criminal group with the aim of liquidating a person from Kotor, Deputy Prime Minister for Security, Defense, Fight against Crime and Internal Policy, Aleksa Bečić, stated.
