Almost 50% of Teachers Who Are Victims of Violence, According to a Survey

Since the beginning of the school year 2024-2025, 48.6% of teachers in the Haute Côte-Nord-CSQ teaching union (SEHCN-CSQ) have been subjected to violence at school. The 70 teachers who responded to the questionnaire expressed this "very worrying" fact at a consultation held last April. At the national level, this percentage increases to 52% of the 7,300 teachers surveyed by the Federation of Educational Unions (FSE-CSQ).
