Neighbors allow garbage to enter K’ara K’ara for 7 more months

The Mayor reported that the Cochabamba Tunqui Industrial Complex will make the technical closure during the time of its contract, and that another tender will then be made.

The residents of District 15 of K'ara K'ara allowed garbage trucks to enter the landfill, complying with the decision issued by the Agro-Environmental Court. The measure will be implemented for a period of seven months, while progress is being made in the dialogue and structural solutions are being sought to the conflict.
