Vulnerable community members from Neskantaga First Nation have returned home after spending 46 days in Thunder Bay, Ont., due to a community evacuation, triggered by the closure of the remote First Nation's only nursing station. But the community's chief says more work needs to be done to bring health-care services up to par, as a state of emergency remains in place.
