Nuremberg: New freight train line for punctual passenger trains

The railway line along the cities of Nuremberg and Fürth has not only tradition, it is also full. A new, partly underground freight line is to bring relief.

Last year, Arverio experienced fewer delays, but almost one in five trains still arrives late. Why this is?

Nuremberg/Fürth/Erlangen - In order to relieve the heavy traffic between Nuremberg and Fürth, the freight train tunnel had finally become quiet. However, DB has now made concrete comments on the timetable - and also on the costs for the mega project.
