GREENFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - A suspect is in police custody after an investigation into a possible home invasion on Elm Street in Greenfield Friday morning. GREENFIELD — Greenfield Police joined the Franklin County Special Response Team, State Police troopers and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office at a standoff on Elm Street Friday after a resident said he awoke to an armed and masked man in his bedroom.
