EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio (WKBN) -- A man is charged after a fatal shooting in East Liverpool on Thursday. Daniel Clayton Whitley, of East Liverpool, has been charged with murder, a felony. Whitley's bond was set at $1 million at his video arraignment Friday morning.
