One millionth Audi Q3 made in Győr

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó spoke in Győr about the importance of the automotive industry and how much Audi has contributed to the Hungarian economy.

The Q3 model was celebrated at the Győr plant, where the minister praised the added value of the domestic automotive industry.

The one millionth Audi Q3 has rolled off the production line. At Audi Hungária's celebration, Péter Szijjártó reported that the main goal of the agreement is for the German car manufacturer to choose Győr as the location for more and more investments, thereby increasing Hungary's strength.

Audi Hungaria has reached a special production milestone. Since the start of series production of the Audi Q3 in 2011, over two million vehicles have been sold worldwide – one million of which were manufactured at the Hungarian plant in Győr. The model’s success story continues with the new Audi Q3 making its debut in summer 2025. read on
