Panama Highlights in a Study on Afro-Employment in Latin America

In Panama, Afro women lead more than half of Afro-descendant enterprises, challenging economic barriers and structural racism. Although many barely reach the minimum wage, their work sustains homes and communities. This study makes their strength visible in Black Ethnic Month and is committed to their future.
