Hunter 05/16/25 Passing a Sheriff’s deputy at over 100 miles per hour on Interstate 380 led to an OWI arrest for a Linn County woman. According to the arrest report, the deputy was responding to another call and headed northbound on Interstate 380 just after 8:15pm when 24-year-old Kaylee Primmer-Hosch of Walker passed him in a 2008 Ford Explorer.
