French Senate takes legal action against Nestlé water executive

The Senate commission of inquiry to shed light on the practices of bottled water industrialists announced that they would seize the Paris prosecutor.

A press release from the Senate today states that the chairman of the commission of inquiry Laurent Burgoa (LR) decided to refer the matter to the court, after the hearing on 26 March of the industrial director of Ronan Le Fanic.

"Some elements of the deposition" by Ronan Le Fanic, industrial director of Nestlé Waters, contradict "the documents collected by the rapporteur of the commission of inquiry", writes the chairman of this commission, Senator LR Laurent Burgoa.
