Péter Techet for the Opportunity Institute on the Three Seas Initiative

The Polish Opportunity Institute has published a report on the present and future of the three-sea initiative. Péter Techet has also been asked for an analysis; in his paper he addresses the question of whether, how and why the three-sea initiative could also be institutionalised under international law.
