GREENSBORO – In a report to the select board at the January 8 meeting, then-board-member David Kelley reported that he and others spoke at a Vermont Agency of Natural Resources meeting on December 12 in Montpelier, “asking the ANR to prohibit wake boats on Caspian Lake.
