PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Philadelphia has deported Jeovann Anthony Forde, a Jamaican national wanted for murder, back to his home country. Forde's removal took place on March 27, following a final order of removal.
