Lawmakers in the House of Representatives have advanced a budget bill finally defunding the abortion industry of taxpayer dollars. Republicans in Congress are currently deliberating over their plan to pass a tax reform bill through the budget reconciliation process – which can be used by Congress once per year on budget-related items.
