Randolph County superintendent: 'forecast is pretty dark'

ELKINS, W.Va. (WBOY) — As Randolph County Schools continues to search for ways to mitigate its ongoing budget crisis, Superintendent Dr. Shawn Dilly has said that some form of state intervention seems very likely.
