Bylaw to clear Kitchener encampment passed by Region of Waterloo council

Region of Waterloo councillors have voted in favour of passing a new site specific bylaw for 100 Victoria St. S., in Kitchener, where an encampment has been located since late 2021. The bylaw would see the site cleared by Dec. 1.
