Reoffending sex offender arrested after trying to meet with a minor in Lehi

LEHI, UTAH- A Centerville man who is on the sex offender registry has been arrested for attempting to meet with a girl in Lehi to allegedly engage in sexual activities. According to court documents, Luke Winston Rogers, 39, has been charged with attempted rape of a girl, attempted sodomy, attempted aggravated sexual exploitation, seduced a minor, three charges of trafficking material harmful to a minor and not stopped by order of the police.
