TC Refuses to Appreciate Ricardo Salgado's Resources Where He Was Sentenced

The Constitutional Court condemned Ricardo Salgado to the payment of court costs of EUR 2040.

The former banker claimed to have declared the inconstitutionality of being sentenced to an effective eight-year prison sentence in front of Alzheimer's disease diagnosis

In the decision, the council that had as rapporteur the counsellor Rui Guerra da Fonseca decided "to take knowledge of the object of this resource" and condemned Ricardo Salgado to paying for court costs of EUR 2,040.
