82-year-old Rome man admits to child pornography
John Kelly, of Rome, pleaded guilty before United States District Judge Anne M. Nardacci in Syracuse on Tuesday to conspiring to receive and distribute child pornography and to distribution, receipt and possession of child pornography, prosecutors said. Kelly faces between five to 20 years in state prison and a $250,000 fine when he returns for sentencing on Sept. 20.
