A Chicago police dispatcher who suffers from depression has gone missing. Sana Bell, 31, has not been seen since she returned a rental car on Thursday afternoon to a location in the Woodlawn neighborhood near 1313 East 60th Street, according to Fox 32.  Bell was last seen wearing gray jogging pants.
