She reported sexual assault on her mother to the police: "It shouldn't have happened"

Her 85-year-old mother said she had been sexually assaulted by her home care worker during physiotherapy. She reported it to the police – and later learned that the man was already suspected of having assaulted another woman. – We are outraged by how Umeå Municipality is handling this. It wouldn't have had to happen to my mother if they had taken action and removed him from service, she says.
