On the afternoon of Thursday, May 15, San Luis Potosí authorities rescued 10 older adults who were allegedly ill-treated by the caretakers of an asylum. Staff member of the State Coordination of Civil Protection conducted an operation to rescue older adults who were in the Santa Rosa asylum, located in the state capital, after several recordings of hidden cameras showing the ill-treatment of grandparents were released.
