Six Carroll elementary schools will start construction on pre-K additions

Design plans for additions at six Carroll County elementary schools were unanimously approved by the Board of Education earlier this month. Enrolment for children who will go to pre-school or the 1st year of school in September has begun and ends at the end of May, with placements being announced on 1 July.
