St. Paul’s Episcopal School senior Janie Ford dominated the Alabama High School Athletic Association Women’s Heptathlon championship with a new state-record 5,311 points and Northridge’s William Numnum won the Men’s Decathlon title on Wednesday at Hoover High School.
