ŠUmice Will Be Noisy Again. The State Has Already Sold Most of the 18 Dilapidated Houses There

One of the best fortified villages in Moravia during the First Republic was Šumice in the Brno region, where there are 18 military bunkers or řopík. Two of them are even located right in the village. The overgrown concrete skeletons are now being sold by the Ministry of Defense. Thirteen řopík have already found their new owners.
