Tax could be added to Naloxone, fentanyl testing strips in West Virginia

Some lawmakers said they want the public’s help in deterring major drug traffickers from continually selling drugs in West Virginia, and they believe the way to do this is to introduce a tax on any FDA-approved drug that helps combat overdoses, such as fentanyl testing strips and Naloxone, also known as Narcan.
