STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Some of the suspects who attacked a 16-year-old boy in New Springville earlier this month allegedly have ties to a migrant gang and took the ferry from Manhattan to Staten Island before the robbery, a law-enforcement source said.At least some of the alleged assailants in the May 5 attack are a part of the Los Diablos de la 42 crew, the source said.
