Thane court acquits man in POCSO case after victim testifies in his favour

A 22-year-old man, accused under the POCSO Act and the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, was acquitted by a Thane Special Court. The acquittal came after the alleged victim, now 19, testified that their relationship was consensual and they married in a temple.
